Hi to all,
The SPWA is in an unusual predicament when it comes to clearing a total of 6 couches out of rooms 101 and 105 for the Christmas Fair. They were cleared last year but we don’t remember who was responsible for it. Chris Sauer does not have any help and therefore can’t do it. With 2 weeks to the Fair, we need a commitment from some able-bodied men to move the couches out of those rooms preferably after 11AM Mass on Nov. 3oth or any time between then and 4PM on Thursday Dec.4th when taping will take place. We have contacted Joe Cardella to see if some of the Knights could help with this, especially the younger members. The couches would need to be returned after the Fair at a date and time yet to be decided. The important thing is to get them moved out for the Fair.
We reserved these rooms for the Fair last summer so it should not be a surprise to anyone that we need them in the same condition as last year. It would probably only take 4 men to do this. It would require moving them across the hall to a storage area. There may be some equipment available to help with the moves. If you have someone in your family able to help or know of a moving company which would be willing to do this contact AGGIE MCHALE @ 717-576-0718 ASAP or e mail her @" > since there is a short window to get this done.
The last thing we want to do is to hire a moving company which would be very expensive. Hoping whoever moved them last year will do it again this year but we don’t have that information.
Praying we can get this solved in the next few days.
