Good morning everyone,
With the winter weather upon us, we just wanted to reach out about how we are handling inclement weather situations this year. If there is weather that causes schools to close early or close for the entire day *ALL *evening activities at St. Philip’s will be cancelled. If you have an event on a Saturday or Sunday prior to or after Mass, we will evaluate the weather and contact your group no later than 24 hours prior to that event. Holding Mass on the weekend is of highest priority, so we need to give the people who are clearing our lots time to do so without vehicles in the way.
Please pass this information along to your members, coaches, parents, etc.
